Anna also is a dressage trainer and a former FEI competitor. She has been working with horses for the past 24 years and teaching/training for the past 15 years. She believes her discipline of dressage is an absolute meditation. Through developing a concentrated, present and relaxed state of mind, one is truly able to connect with another being, as is the case with horses. She is passionate about teaching people how to communicate with their horse and training horses how to relate and respond with their humans. She practices acupuncture and Tui Na on her own horse because she notices the tremendous difference it makes in his well being.
